創業背景 〜 伝えたい思い

TECHLEAD（テックリード）は、次代のテックリードとなる高度エンジニアを育成する「実務特化型のエンジニアリング教育機関」である。

設立の背景にあるのは、IT業界が抱える慢性的な構造課題への危機感だ。「プログラミングスクールは乱立したが、現場で通用する人材が育っていない」という叫びが、開発現場から経営層に至るまで響き渡っている。このギャップを埋め、大人のための本格的なエンジニアリング教育を再定義したいという想いが、多くの現役CTOやトップエンジニアたちの賛同を集め、本校の開校へと繋がった。

The background of its establishment stems from a sense of crisis regarding the chronic structural issues facing the IT industry. The cry that "programming schools have proliferated, but personnel who can work in the field are not being developed" resonates from development sites to management. The desire to bridge this gap and redefine serious engineering education for adults has gathered support from many active CTOs and top engineers, leading to the opening of our school.
